Words can't even describe the moment I had today.To think...This small-town kid from Hollywood, SC.Who grew up with no big dreams or real ambitions.Lived the DREAM.I had the privilege of partnering with Morgan J Ingram and the AMP team to create some fire content.Truly -- an unforgettable moment.Big thanks to Garrett, Stuart and Stefano for make this experience so comfortable and smooth for me.We spent 5-6 hours kicking it and shooting over 60+ pieces of content.Thank you guys for giving me this opportunity and allowing me to share my stories!

I’ve built my entire brand around truth and transparency.However, I’m going through this phase…Where I feel bottled up.Where I have stories to tell, but I’m afraid of putting others in a bad position.Toxic experiences.Mental exhaustion.Continuous fear.Constant churn.I feel like I skipped over an entire chapter of my career.A chapter that took a huge toll on my mental health.It’s like I just hopped to the next book without even bringing my last story to an end.I just…Ended the role on my profile.Made a random transition to a new company.Started consulting.And moved on.Sometimes, I just feel like the story wasn’t meant to be told.But on the other end...I feel like I robbed you all of an interesting story.A story that makes my current situation make sense....Maybe it's better this way.

This week, I transitioned into YouTube and Instagram for the first time in my career.And it’s been challenging.Switching from longer, detailed content to quick consumption.Writing long-form scripts that retain attention for more than 2 minutes.Finding hooks and titles that grab the attention of complete strangers.Struggling to stay consistent due to flop after flop.It makes me feel like I’m back in sales.It's all cold.You can’t rely solely on community alone.But if it’s one thing I know about sales?The wins are coming soon.So I just have to keep adjusting and moving forward.= = = = = = = = = = = = = = =How would you rate this video?

I just started an official (unofficial) “Best-Looking Studio” war with Travis Tyler. This guy has been an absolute monster with videos lately.And it’s pushed me to take my video career a step further.I revamped my studio with new lights and invested in a professional teleprompter.(Will Aitken - if you don't mind, I sort of borrowed your background)I actually just finished recording my first YouTube video for Magical.I have now transcended to long form video content!!

I once quit an SDR role just four weeks in, right after completing my onboarding.My manager thought my move was ‘premature’. However I knew what was best for me.I was in a hiring class of 6 reps (This was a well diversified group of people).Our last week of training, we were tasked with creating a 30/60/90 plan for the quarter.I drew up an in-depth plan where I wanted to help implement social selling and videos (the company was doing email outreach only).SN: Prior to this meeting, I was also seeking help to set up a growth ladder into marketing.Immediately after the call, the Head of Sales pulled the group aside and said —“We don’t need new ideas right now, we just need people to come in and follow the playbook we created”My resignation letter was sent shortly after because I didn’t apply to be a ‘robot’.I didn’t apply here to have zero growth opportunities.So, I found a company that valued my growth and development - now here I am.= = = = = = = = = = = = = = If you didn’t believe in your worth early in your career—where do you think you’d be right now?

Social media managers, I need your help!I just completed my 4th week here at Magical.Since being in this role, I’ve taken an all organic approach.Here are the results:- 285% increase in impressions- 609% increase in reactions- 2,040% increase in commentsBut on the other side of it:- Follower growth decreased 2%= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = Would you still consider this a positive signal for potential growth?
