Hotel

Hotel Benidorm Centre is an informal hotel exclusively for adults that provides complimentary breakfast, a self-service restaurant, and a bar as well as an outdoor swimming pool. The sandy beaches in Benidorm are renowned on the Costa Blanca and are considered some of the most stunning in Spain. There is an extensive range of beach options available, including wide and bright sandy beaches in the city center, picturesque small bays, secluded nudist beaches, and tranquil bathing spots nearby.

This hotel is brilliant. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Thank you Jenny for the entertainment around the pool, made our stay better. The bar staff made us laugh thank you Pedro and Christina. Food is excellent, rooms are excellent and the pool area is brilliant. but needs more parasols. Will return.

I've just stayed here for a week. The room was ok they kept it clean and tidy. Breakfast was nice but the evening meal didn't have enough variety and seemed to repeat. So we ended up eating out like several of our hotel guests. The hotel is clean through out it is well located near the old town with several bars and dining outside the hotel.

Lovely clean and modern hotel.Staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of breakfast choice. Great location in middle of the strip and old town. Only downside if it is a downside is the lifts were a bit slow especially at busy times but who’s in a rush on holiday.Rooms serviced every day and we had bedding changed half way through a 5 day stay. Load your key card with some euros and spend on food and drinks around the pool at discounted prices. Great idea. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This hotel has recently been fully refurbished and to a very high standard. The rooms bright, modern and very well equipped. The food is delicious, but be warned breakfast becomes a bit of a free for all from 9am, so if you would to eat 🍴in a, chilled environment then get there for 8am. The lobby and bar are tastefully decorated and the environment is one of chilled and relaxed. The price of drinks are on the high side, but all in all it's a lovely hotel. 👍👍👍👍

Great hotel, the staff and food are excellent just off the old town and beach out here for a week with friends. Highly recommend this hotel for a holiday break. If you like views you will need to request the 5th floor and above. The Hotel offers discounts on drinks and snacks if you put money on your door card we found this very useful. Unspent funds are credit at checkout. A big shout out for Monica, Frances and Anna in the Dining area brilliant service with a wonderful smile.

Really enjoyed our stay here and so pleased we chose this hotel for our holiday. The room was lovely, huge comfortable bed, balcony, rainfall shower, mini fridge, safe & daily cleaning. The aircon worked beautifully so long as no doors were open. Great pool and pool bar and always plenty of loungers. We had breakfast & dinner every night, good selection and tasty food and plenty no matter what time you went. All staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a very relaxed stay and would return

We spent a very enjoyable week at the hotel, we only did B+B as we like to eat at local businesses. The quality of breakfasts was good with the usual dishes, you could make up your own full English if you wanted, and as much as you wanted. From pastries, breads, fruit, cereals, yogurts, cakes, something for everyone. Friendly helpful staff clearing tables and setting fresh. Our room was a real surprise, very spacious, king sized bed, sofa bed, fridge, enough sockets for electric (only just) but in good positions, smart tv, bathroom had large wash basin, jacuzzi bath and shower. Our balcony was bigger than our room with sunbeds one those day beds umbrella. We don't know why but we were upgraded on arrival, which was a great surprise. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel well situated.Very clean. Food good.Staff will go out of there way to help you.Just one thing on the downside unfortunately. Not enough sunshades especially when people have one each!!!

Overall excellent value for money. Very convenient location, good soundproofing and great the hotel is adults only. The room was modern and well equipped, or even too well considering infrared motion detector which helps air conditioning turn off as soon as you leave. Anyway no matter how long air conditioner works room temperature won't go down below 26, which was fine for me but there were people complaining. Food was good, but the variety and quality are somewhat closer to 3 star hotel (well, so was the price for me:)) Reception staff were very polite and helpful, and even if late check out was not possible they offered access to shower later in the day. Restaurant staff were sometimes too busy, but also nice. A couple of weird things happened only with cleaning - one of the ladies went into the room despite "do not disturb" card and another one once did no cleaning except making the bed - well, why not just skip entirely in this case? But again, these are smaller things and overall it is a 4.5 star rating for me.

This is hands down the best hotels have stayed in, in Benidorm. Where to start, reception. All extremely friendly and welcoming, the pool area is lovely, especially the raised terrace. Bar is friendly and service outstanding. The room on the 9th floor has a stunning sea view and it all feels premium and boutique with comfy memory mattress and rainfall shower. Now the most important thing is the food and so far we cannot fault it one bit, extremely tasty food including meat pie, pork cheeks and roast beef joint, it is all cooked to perfection. We live it thst much that we have just booked for next May. A genuinely outstanding and well run hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s nothing fancy. It’s in a good location and is Clean. We had a fantastic room on the eighth floor with a sea facing view. Definitely think about paying the extra for a superior room. As far as the food is concerned sometimes it might feel a bit basic, but for the additional cost it was really good value. Breakfast was similar to those I’ve had in many hotels.

Lovey Hotel in great location, staff are great nothing is too much trouble, spotlessly clean. Rooms are so nice we on the 9th floor and the view's are great, sun all day. Beds are really comfy, no tea/coffee in room but we brought our own, fridge in room is good. Heating for night is handy, Meals are OK always find something and there is a microwave

Where do I start. This hotel was very clean. Hotel staff are not so friendly. Bar staff shouting at each other in front of customers. Was awful . Would not recommend this hotel. The food was very repetitive. Bread n butter pudding 8 nights out of 10. No communication with hotel manager . No manners what so ever.

This hotel is absolutely brilliant! Modern layout and decor. Very clean. Food and drinks reasonably priced and of good quality.Staff all friendly and very attentive. Rooms are all modernised, very clean and spacious. We were fortunate to have a sea view balcony which was the icing on the cake of our holiday.Great location. 5minutes from the beach. Just over 5minutes to the old town too. Seven seas bar offers great food for lunch. Can't complement ll the staff enough though. Really good hotel. We will definitely be back!

This hotel is very clean throughout. The pool area is on the small side but functional. One plus was no running for sunbeds , we were thier first wk of June 24. A walk in pool with rail. The toilets by the pool were very clean/ tidy and spacious.Lifts were OK no problemNice reception areaRooms clean and spaciousLocation fabulous, in between old and new townOn the whole we had an enjoyable stay at the hotel benidorm center.

Starting with the positivesThe hotel is in a great location but be aware! The coach transfer drops you off at the top of a hill in front of another hotel and it's difficult to walk back up if you have mobility problems. The hotel itself is very clean and modern, our room was beautiful. The beds are very comfortable but that's my preference. The pool is lovely but very hot to walk around in bare feet, the bar staff were o.k.The negativesThe main reception staff were OK but I wouldn't have them for first greeting. The lifts are scary my friend nearly got stuck and the next minute there was a note on the button pad saying 'NOT WORK'.The air conditioning is set to automatic temperature to 10c in the morning and warm at night we was red hot 🥵 it would've been better if we could set the temperature ourselves. We had to sleep with the balcony door open, thankfully we were on the 3rd floor. The restaurant is clean and spacious but, the staff are very ignorant and talk in little groups to each other it's more like a social meeting than work. Instead of waiting for our plates to be taken on our 2nd night, we decided to do it ourselves. The food our first night was horrendous the chef stood for the complete time we were there talking to the restaurant staff, the food was terrible that night I had a banana for tea and my friend had a few crackers. We went to the reception and complained, we were told the manager is on holiday and he will talk to the kitchen, and also a look to say 🖐what do you want me to do about it🤚.The rest of our 4 day holiday a female chef was there she was very professional and the food was mediocre 😕A note to hotel please see that your female waitress wears slacker trousers.Me and my bestie stayed hear for 4 nights, 2 mums going for a nice break. We will do it again but will never come back to this hotel.

Where do I start with Hotel Benidorm centre. Our group were left totally embarrassed and disgraced by the most arrogant hotel manager I have ever met.We were evicted by him after he said our rooms were “damaged”. Somewhat perplexed by that as every room on our booking had no sign of any damage at all. One of our rooms was playing music at 9pm - the manager took the liberty of calling the police rather than trying to resolve the issue which I’m sure would have been far more beneficial to all parties. It’s a shame as the rest of the staff at hotel on reception and at the bar were fantastic and even argued with the manager to let us stay but he was having none of it.We ended up losing out on 3 further nights at this hotel which had cost us a total of nearly £2700 to book. Having raised this with the manager he said he will not refund us for the remaining days and having raised it with the travel company they will not refund it either - both of which an absolute disgrace. The manager has also said in his response that “in short, there were altercations all over the hotel” - I would love to know what they were then as no other member of staff had any issues with our group and we had not caused any serious issue at the hotel. In short, a nice hotel that is severely let down by a disgrace of a hotel manager. I feel sorry for the rest of the staff who are lovely for having to work under such a man.

This hotel was great, the only reason it doesn't get a full 5 stars is because the bed/mattress was so hard, I felt like I was sleeping on a camping matt on the floor. Also, the walls were very thin so I could hear someone in the next room snoring, loudly all night. The service was excellent and the rooms and public areas were absolutely spotless.

Alexandra C — Google review

Great location, 5 min walk to beach, 5 min walk to old town. Far enough away from busy and noisy bars but close enough to walk in 10 mins. Plenty of choice for somewhere to eat right outside, recommend halfway house right outside front door. Rooms spotless and very new, only complaint was with air con, they don't switch it on in April and room got uncomfortable, other than that I would come here again

We had a disabled person with us as was suppost to be for disabled person but there was no chair in shower had to use chair from balcony. Also no hand grips on walls. The room was too small to put a wheel chair in.There was only 2 lifts as 3rd one is used by staff. As we where on 6th floor it took a while to go Dow especially with a wheelchair. Whilst there my dad died there was only two people who helped us. The night receptionist and Paco they where excellent. Not even a condolence from management. The food was not very nice and had not much veg we only had one nice meal. The soup was good. The staff were very nice. Would rate food 3 star at most.

Rooms are clean could do with a kettle to make a cup of tea.Breakfast a good selection, but lunch and dinner food is terrible. Paid for full board and have eat out to get warm tasty food. Floor staff seem to have a problem communicating.Location is OK if you like to walk to main strip

Dorothy M — Google review

Friendly hotel, good location. nice staff. Food was nice. No kettle. Room on the second floor with a view of a wall. Not the hotel fault. Get a high floor . No kettle. Shower leaked everywhere, pooled onto floor outside bathroom also, ordered food on the terrace and waited an hour, staff said she had forgotten to put the order in. Nice week in Benidorm though.
