What's a NatWest Check-in?

Whether you're on top of your finances or feel like you've been burying your head in the sand, we're here to help.

Our free Financial Health Check is a review of your personal finances, giving helpful hints, tips and ideas to help you get financially fitter both now and in the future.

You can complete an online review in under 5 minutes. If you’d rather speak to someone, you can book a video appointment or arrange to speak to someone over the phone or in a branch. These appointments usually last around one hour.

Video Banking calls may be recorded and service hours apply. Compatible device required.

If you've recently heard from us about frequent use of your overdraft or suggesting that you increase payments on your credit card, then please get in touch with one of our experts via video or phone.

Our Digital Financial Health Check is a series of questions you can fill in on your own time. At the end, we will share lots of hints and tips that could help you achieve your goals.

A review with one of our highly trained senior personal bankers over the phone, via video call, or in branch will involve an in-depth discussion around all areas of your finances aimed at helping you make informed decision about what you feel is right for you.

If it turns out you either need or want more specialist help, we can refer you to other specialist team members.

If we have contacted you regarding persistent debt, please book an appointment to speak to one of our personal bankers.

What information should I have to hand for the appointment?

You don’t need any specific details for our Digital Financial Health Check on hand.

If you're talking to one of our personal bankers, we would really appreciate if you could bring the following to your appointment so we can get the most from it:

Your smartphone and/or tablet devices. We’ll show you how to make the most of your banking with these, so make sure you know your log in details for your app store

Details of any banking you have elsewhere such as current accounts and savings

Your most recent mortgage statement or any loan or credit card statements you have

Details of the protectionyou have in place for you, your family and your home
